An Immersion in Ceremony, Embodiment & Integration
December 24–28, 2026
Upstate New York
An Invitation to Go Deeper
Some experiences are simply too important to rush.
A profound ceremonial experience can open doors within us, offering new perspectives and possibilities for healing and transformation. But how do we allow these experiences to take root and create meaningful, lasting change in our lives?
This question is at the heart of why we've created this immersion.
We believe lasting transformation needs time, space, and intentional support for our bodies and nervous systems to process, integrate, and embody what has been opened.
Over four nights and five days, we invite you into an intimate journey centered around two White Nights, woven together with movement, prayer, live music, Shabbat, nature, rest, and deep connection.
Rooted in preparation, embodiment, and integration, this immersion creates space for the essential work that happens before, between, and after ceremony, allowing profound insights to settle, deepen, and become part of how we live.
01
Preparation
The journey begins before we arrive.
Through a personal intake conversation, a private 1:1 preparation call with Laor, and detailed guidance on preparing for the experience, we begin creating space for what lies ahead.
Once together, we take time to arrive, connect, and set intentions—preparing the body, heart, and mind for the journey.
02
Embodiment
Our bodies are an essential part of the experience.
Through movement, yoga, breathwork, vocal exploration, music, and time in nature, we create opportunities to move beyond words, listen more deeply, and give expression to what lives within us.
By making space in the body to feel, process, and receive, we allow our experiences to settle and take root beyond the mind.
03
Integration
What happens after an experience matters just as much as what happens during it.
Through spaciousness, rest, reflection, sharing circles, and intentional integration practices, we create opportunities to explore and fully receive what has emerged.
Our time together continues beyond the immersion with one group integration gathering on Zoom.
The Immersion Experience
Two White Nights guided by Laor, supported by live music, prayer, and a dedicated support team.
Intentional space to arrive, connect, and prepare the body, heart, and mind for the journey.
Yoga, movement, breathwork, and vocal exploration to deepen our connection with the body.
Spaciousness, sharing circles, and guided practices to process and receive what has emerged.
Live music, sacred song, and devotional prayer woven throughout our time together.
An integral part of our journey, Shabbat offers a sacred pause between ceremonies-a space to rest, digest, receive, and find presence with what is.
Held within a halachically observant Jewish environment, we honor Shabbat through prayer, shared meals, and meaningful connection.
Time in nature, sauna, hot tubs, and restorative self-care to nourish the body and nervous system.
A space to cultivate meaningful connections, share authentically, and experience the beauty of being held in community.
Facilitators & Support Team
Lead Facilitator
LAOR is a modern-day medicine woman working with ancient practices and wisdom, a musical luminary and healer whose offering gently gathers humanity into deeper awakening and collective remembrance. She weaves song and prayer to guide our human hearts back to wholeness.
Supporting Musicians
Inspired by the ancient traditions of medicine songs from a young age, singer and songwriter Natan Rabin is guided by his soul in his musical offerings. Recreating and honoring ritual prayer songs as well as sharing his own unique material, he shares his gifts through different languages and instruments. Exploring and expanding upon music in ceremonial spaces across the world, Natan's healing sounds touch the heart, mind and soul of his listeners.
Born and raised in Israel, Ben Ben Franklin is a drummer, percussionist, composer, and music producer whose musical journey bridges jazz, Afro-Brazilian grooves, Middle Eastern rhythms, and percussion traditions from around the world.
Through his work with projects such as Saravá and Cloud of I, and his involvement in sacred music gatherings, Ben Ben explores rhythm as a language of connection, expression, and collective experience.
Deeply connected to nature and guided by a prayer for a more sustainable human culture, he weaves a rich tapestry of sounds that evoke ancient memories and invite a deeper sense of belonging.
With sensitivity, musical depth, and a steady, grounding presence, Ben Ben brings both rhythm and heart to the circle.
Facilitators
Lily's work is shaped by a lived journey from disconnection to deep reconnection - within her body, intuition, and inner authority. Her path weaves together psychology, nervous-system regulation, ancestral and somatic work, and years of learning through direct relationship with horses.
She is trained in Equine-Assisted healing modalities, Family Constellations, somatic breathwork and shamanic traditions, with a background in psychology and integrative parts work. These modalities inform her practice and have come together to form the Resonant Field method, but it is her horses who taught her how to truly listen to the living intelligence of the Field.
Lily holds space with clarity, warmth, and attunement. She understands the longing for something deeper and creates containers where transformation is grounded, gentle and integrated.
Noëmi is a horse whisperer and craniosacral therapist. She passionately acts as a translator between horses and humans. She believes that one way to heal is to feel yourself more in the inside — Craniosacral therapy and connecting with horses both support this process.
Noëmi is grateful to support Laor within her retreat immersions and brings her love to help the group feel as comfortable and secure as possible
Producers & Hosts
Joyce Franco Eilenberg is a Soul Guide and Ceremonialist devoted to guiding others into deeper connection with themselves, the Divine, and the sacred rhythms of life.
As an experience producer and facilitator, she brings her creative vision, intuitive sensitivity, and devotion to intentional space-holding into crafting experiences that nurture depth, connection, and transformation.
With a blend of depth, warmth, and lightness, Joyce creates spaces that invite others to soften, open, and reconnect with themselves and the joy of being alive.
Eli is passionate about creating intentional spaces for deep inner work, grounded in an understanding of the nervous system and the importance of feeling safe, supported, and held.
He believes that meaningful inner exploration requires more than a powerful experience. It requires time, spaciousness, and the freedom to slow down, soften, and fully arrive.
As a facilitator, integration specialist, and retreat producer, Eli is dedicated to creating thoughtfully curated environments where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, let go of the need to hold everything together, and give themselves permission to simply be.
